Could not have been easier to start a conversation on line over the miles. It was simple to install -- just plugged it in; it did the rest (I did not need the CD that came with it). It even worked with my Windows Vista!

plugged it in and it worked and did the cd and that was a no no,so if you plug the camera in it , it will work if not put the cd in only if you have too
